Not only do we already have the best suppliers in the industry for audio visual and entertainment hire, but we also have contacts in many different areas of the event hire industry including venues, styling, catering, wedding cakes and everything you could possibly think of! The whole idea with our event planning service is that we help our clients take the stress from planning functions by finding the right suppliers to match our client’s needs.
How it works
When you book an initial free consultation (up to 1hr) with one of our event planners you will be handed a questionnaire that needs to be filled in prior to the consultation. This questionnaire will help address all of the basic questions such as budget, event size, event style etc…. At the actual consultation our event planner will discuss the relevant options he/she believes could be suitable for your event (Styles/Suppliers/Venues/etc….)
After this initial consultation the client is free to do their own research and comparisons. Additional consultations can be booked later in order to finalise details as the planning of the event progresses. When all the details of the event is finalised and the client is happy with the result the actual booking of suppliers can commence. This process will be handled and coordinated by our event planner to save you the hassle.

Additional Consultations : $39/hr
On the day Event Co-ordination: $49/hr
